Certificates and Awards

Access your award program certificates on AwardKit. Add achievements to LinkedIn, share verification links, and understand award badges.

After the organizer publishes results, certificates and awards become available on your entry page.

Awards

If your entry won any awards, they appear as badges on your entry page. Award badges are also visible on the program's public results page after the organizer publishes results.

Certificates

Every team member gets their own certificate, regardless of whether your entry won an award. Certificates appear in the Certificates section on your entry page.

Each certificate includes:

  • Your name
  • Your team members
  • The entry title
  • The program name and hosting organization
  • Any awards your entry won
  • A unique verification URL anyone can visit to confirm the certificate is real

Adding to LinkedIn

Each team member's certificate has an Add to LinkedIn button. Clicking it opens LinkedIn with the certification details pre-filled:

  • Certificate name: Your program name and any awards
  • Issuing organization: The program's hosting organization
  • Issue date: Based on the program's results date
  • Credential URL: A verification link back to AwardKit

You can also click the verification link icon to view the certificate page directly. This page is publicly accessible and can be shared with employers, included in portfolios, or linked from a resume or your organization's site.

Certificates are visible on your entry page once the organizer publishes results. Each certificate has its own publicly accessible verification URL, so you can share that link without exposing your AwardKit account or the rest of your entry data.

When do certificates appear?

Certificates become available as soon as the organizer publishes results. You'll receive an email notification when this happens, with a link to your entry page.

If you don't see certificates on your entry page, results haven't been published yet. Check with the program organizer for the timeline.
