Managing Your Entry

View, edit, and track your award program entry on AwardKit. Sign in to your account to access your entries any time.

Every entry on AwardKit gets a dedicated page. After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your entry. You can also sign in to AwardKit at any time to view your entries.

What you can do

From your entry page, you can:

  • View your full entry: title, description, custom field responses with embedded videos, team members, and category
  • Edit your entry while entries are open, using the Edit Entry button
  • See payment details if your program charges an entry fee, including the amount paid, pricing tier, and discount code applied
  • Resume payment if a card was declined and your entry is in pending payment state
  • See awards won after results are published, displayed with award badges
  • Access certificates for each team member with Add to LinkedIn buttons (see Certificates)

Editing entries

Click Edit Entry on your entry page to update any of your responses. Edits are saved as soon as you submit the form. Once the organizer closes entries or the deadline passes, the Edit Entry button disappears and your entry is locked.

If you need to make a late edit (typo in your team list, broken link), reach out to the organizer. Organizers can edit entries on behalf of entrants even after the deadline.

Sharing your entry

You can share your entry page link with sponsors, employers, or your network. Anyone with the link will be redirected to sign in to AwardKit to view it. After results are published, your entry's award badges and the program's results page are publicly visible without sign-in.

For a public, shareable record of an award you won, share your certificate verification page. Each certificate has a unique public URL anyone can visit, no sign-in required. See Certificates and awards.

Getting back to your entry

If you can't find the email with your entry link:

  1. Sign in at awardkit.io using the same email or Google account you used to submit
  2. Your entries appear in your dashboard
  3. If you're still stuck, ask the program organizer; they can look up your entry and resend the link
