Entry Gallery

Showcase entries publicly on your program page with winner badges, sponsor recognition, and shareable detail pages.

After judging is complete, your program page can showcase the winning entries publicly with winner badges. This turns your awards program into a marketing asset for next year and a recognition asset for the winners themselves.

The entry gallery activates once your entry window closes. Until then, visitors see a "coming soon" placeholder so unfinished entries aren't exposed.

What's shown publicly

The public entry gallery shows:

  • The entry title and a short summary
  • The category the entry was submitted to
  • The award (if any) the entry received, with a colored badge
  • A link to the entry detail page, which includes the entry's description, photos or video, and team members

The whole program page (which doubles as the gallery once entries close) is gated by the visibility toggle on the Program Page tab. Keep it off while you build, then flip it on when you're ready for visitors.

The program page URL is the entry gallery once results are published. Embed the link on your organization's site, in your annual report, or in marketing emails. Each entry has its own detail URL too, so winners can link to their specific page on LinkedIn, in their newsletter, or as a portfolio asset.

Winners often promote their badge on LinkedIn and in their press kits. Provide a public detail page that's easy to link to and you'll get organic reach back to your program.
