Entry Gallery
Showcase entries publicly with winner badges and shareable detail pages, on the schedule you choose: hidden, after entries close, or when results are published.
Your program page can showcase entries publicly with winner badges. This turns your awards program into a marketing asset for next year and a recognition asset for the winners themselves.
Choosing when the gallery goes public
The gallery is governed by one setting, Public gallery visibility, found on the Entries page of your program (the button is there even before the first entry arrives):
- Hidden: "The gallery is never public. Entries stay confidential." Use this for programs where entries contain sensitive material or where only winners should ever be shown.
- After entries close: the gallery opens the moment the entry deadline passes, before judging. Good for public-vote programs and showcases where visibility is part of the reward.
- When results are published (the default): "The gallery goes public when you publish results." Entries stay private through judging and appear with their winner badges the day you publish.
Until the gallery is open, visitors who reach it see a placeholder: "Entries coming soon" while entries are still open, or "Gallery opens with the results" while you judge. Use View public gallery page to check what visitors see.
With a blind judging round, opening the gallery after entries close would show judges who entered. AwardKit warns about that combination on the Judging page; keep the default until results are published if any round is blind. See Blind judging.
What's shown publicly
The public entry gallery shows:
- The entry name and its entry summary
- The categories the entry was submitted to
- The award (if any) the entry received, with a colored badge
- A link to the entry detail page, which shows every answer under the form's section headings, uploaded images and video, and team members
In Test mode the gallery carries the same "Test mode preview." banner as the program page, so you can check the layout with sample entries before anyone else sees it. See Test mode and going live.
Linking to the gallery from your site
The gallery lives at awardkit.io/your-organization/your-program/entries. Embed the link on your organization's site, in your annual report, or in marketing emails. Each entry has its own detail URL too, so winners can link to their specific page on LinkedIn, in their newsletter, or as a portfolio asset.
Winners often promote their badge on LinkedIn and in their press kits. Provide a public detail page that is easy to link to and you get organic reach back to your program.
